We are dedicated to empowering women and youth through skill development and raising awareness about pressing social issues. Our mission is to foster a community where individuals can gain essential skills, and become advocates for change. We invite you to join us in our transformative journey! Your involvement can have a profound impact on the lives of those we serve.

Our mission

We strive to create an open and equally accessible opportunities for the marginalized target group in communities by proving essential skills and productive resources they need to improve their lives. Through our initiatives, we aim to raise awareness, foster resilience, and inspire leadership, enabling individuals to advocate for their rights and create positive change in their communities.

Welcome to Women Leadership Social Empowerment!

Many of young women in the townships we serves experience difficulties in accessing economic opportunities compared to men, they easily lose self-esteem and get employed in lower paying jobs such as housekeeping. Graduates from high institutions with high qualifications are also trapped into the cycle of being unemployed and sacrificing for lower paying jobs, while desperate and vulnerable young women intentionally have unplanned pregnancy only to benefit from the Government Child’s Social Grant scheme to escape from POVERTY

Here are ways you can contribute.
