Women Leadership Social Empowerment (WLSE) is a community-based non-profit organization committed to empowering women, youth, and persons with disabilities through skills development, leadership training, entrepreneurship support, and social empowerment programmes.

We work within underserved communities to bridge the gap between unemployment and opportunity by providing practical, accredited training programmes, career readiness support, and pathways to economic independence.
